I’m Dr. Negin — a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor, former medical doctor, and an active member of the menopause society. My work is rooted in one mission: helping women move through midlife feeling supported, steady, and deeply connected to their bodies.
With experience spanning conventional medicine, naturopathic care, emergency settings, and long-term wellness, I’ve seen the full spectrum of how health is approached — and where women often fall through the cracks.
